Affirm-Question-Suggest (AQS) is a strategy used to foster quality comments and constructive peer feedback.

How to do it?

Step 1: Affirm
Describe the strengths or what you like about your peers' teaching. You may use the following sentence starters to give affirmation to your peers' teaching:
- 'I like the way you explained.....'
- 'You were really clear about ....'

Step 2: Question
Ask clarifying or probing questions to advance the discussion and to help your peers to think more deeply about their decision. You may use the following sentence starters in asking questions:
- 'What do you mean by ...'
- 'Do you think ...'
- 'I have questions about ..

Step 3: Suggest
Make suggestions to improve your peers' work or suggest alternatives. You may use the following sentence starters in making constructive suggestions:
- 'You might want to add ...'
- 'Maybe you could ... '
- 'You could add more to this part because ...' 

My peers did very well in starting the meeting and explained about the chapter very well. They analysed the topic to detail and made the class understand the topics well.

I have questions for Daniel : how are you so good in speaking and teaching us the chapter, youre so good in teaching me the chapter, thank you please continue to teach us more. You are so good Daniel

I suggest that they can speak more and add further details to their analysis.

My peer explained the chapter clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I liked how she went through it slowly and made sure I followed along. She explained the topic well and in detail.

I think it would be even better if the lessons were more fun and engaging, maybe with more examples or activities.

one of the things I really appreciated about both of your peer teaching was how clearly and confidently both of you explained the topic, it made the material much easier to understand. The examples were relevant and helped connect the concept to real-life situations, which kept everyone engaged. I also liked how you made space for questions, showing a lot of patience and respect for different learning styles. Thank you guys for putting in so much effort and making the session both informative and enjoyable!

My peer, Daylen, did a wonderful job in teaching me the liquidity section. I found his teaching coherent and well elaborated. Furthermore, throughout the peer teaching, he held his confidence throughout the session which made it more ensuring and reliable. Overall, my experience with Daylen was definitely educational and informative

After his adequate teaching, a few questions pop into my mind. Mainly, what are some of your methods you utilized to memorize this content heavy chapter. I found his teaching adequate so in the time-being, I do not have any suggestions to improve his teaching :)

My peer is good at explaining and when I’m not sure, she makes sure to explain it till I understand. She helps me a lot in poa and I truly appreciate her to be my buddy/tutor. She is patience and is clear at explaining what she is teaching.
