         <title>Multiliteracies is a term that that the New London Group came up with in the 1990s because of the changing social environment that was facing students. They are looking to help students of all linguistic and cultural backgrounds receive an education that will benefit them by designing their social futures and to make sure they achieve success in the work place.</title>
