U.S citizens need to at least be aware of the rights they possess so that they can live the best life they can and contribute the most to their country! In America, we are allowed to express our feelings freely, believe in what we want to, vote in who we believe will lead us in the right direction, and much more! These documents explain what it means to be an American and everyone should be aware of them. 

Assignment 4.2 outlines all of the Amendments in the Constitution in a simple way that makes comprehension easily attainable. This responsibility ties in the exercising of our rights, our government, and our future as a nation. Voting has been made very accessible to us, needing to only go to a polling station and mark a slip of paper to cast in our thoughts. Being able to publicly protest and testify is also granted to us to speak about issues we feel are important. We need to use all that are given to vote for individuals we want to lead us, instead of complaining about the choices of those who took the opportunity to use their voice. The younger generation is capable of causing so much change in the world and they have all the tools and resources necessary to do so in America. 

The voting interview (notes provided below) share the thoughts of a fellow citizen. She explains the reasons why voting is so important and what can be done to encourage younger-voter turnout in Hawai'i. There are visual aid tools that are text-specified, image-specified, video-specified, etc, you just have to find what works best for the assignment you're trying to complete.
