Culture has often been inconsistant with its involvement in the LGBTQIA+ community. Many people embrace the diffrences presented within the openess of the culture, however there are many others who seek to villify and disparage members of this community. Social change has the power to effect the very rights of this communities freedoms.

Historically views of this community have been based on negative stereo types of its people. Because of this negativity only recently have members of LGBTQIA+ gained rights to marraige, identity, and expression. Given the ever changing tide of social views towards the rights of LGBTQIA+ it is unclear weither or not our rights will be maintained.

The ever chaning political scape of America makes it uncertian weither or not the LGBTQIA+ is fully accepted and recognized. Unfortunatley it seems that the political enviorment of America has complete bearing on the rights and happieness of LGBTQIA+. There are thoes who currently seek power and thoes who already have power that would remove rights such as, Abortion, Trans rights, and Gay Marrige if given their way.
