  • Communication Skills - because if you can not talk to your customers effectively they may not be happy and go elsewhere for their food. For example if a customer complains about their food order being the wrong dish ( they ordered a Vege Pizza and get a Pepperoni one ) and the manager just ignores them or says 'tough' deal with it - this is poor communication and does not show proffesionalism.
