Responsible for global Retail ordering per year through external vendors 

Responsible for ordering and following global VM units and props to stores, showrooms and pop-ups 

Project manage collections handoff from a VM perspective 

Manage logistic for international showrooms and store openings 

Manage logistic for international pop-ups including return shipments 

Book global vendors in time for window or in-store installations and track the budget with the Head of VM, an existing network of global vendors is a plus 

In charge of global LED screen timeline and the updates per market or store (according to Brand, Retail or Marketing requests + drops)

Align with the rest of the team on seasonal RTL, WS, and FR VM requests and input projects into Asana 

Track global launch dates and deliveries of SKUs for collabs and main collections

Support with creating VM communication decks (I.e Buying per market, Store opening layouts, guidelines and handbooks)

Create and own detailed project plans/trackers & assign tasks to relevant team members. Plus have an eye for detail and the ability to manage budgets. 

Cross-business stakeholder management & updates 

• Ensure the link between Creative Lab, Marketing, PR and VM is clear regarding build-outs, VM activations planning. Ensure all stakeholders have time to feedback and approve.

Responsible for reporting & feedback loops across bigger VM initiatives 

Traffic Optimization: Your primary objective will be to drive quality traffic to the Monsoon website while effectively managing acquisition costs and maximizing revenue margins.

Agency Collaboration: You'll maintain close communication with digital marketing, attribution, and affiliate agencies, briefing them on promotions and campaigns, and coordinating the creation of advertising materials for Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, and PPC in collaboration with internal brand marketing and design teams.

Campaign Briefing & Management: You'll oversee the internal weekly campaign schedule, ensuring all agencies are aligned to this, and report back to the business on progress against core business KPIs.

SEO and Content: Collaborate with our SEO agency to develop and execute digital PR and content strategies.

CRM Integration: Partner with the CRM team to regularly refresh digital marketing audiences and provide support for ad-hoc CRM and social projects such as lead generation and e-receipts.

Test & Learn Planning: Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to create and manage an ongoing test plan for Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, and PPC, including feed management.

Collaborative Product Selection: Liaise closely with Trade and Creative teams to select products for Paid Social, PPC, Affiliate, and Display advertising.

Google My Business Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date store listing information, including trading hours, through Google My Business and 3rd party tools, such as Yext.

Competitor Analysis: Provide weekly reports on competitor activity in the realm of Paid Social
