I believe that Anna had a heart attack and took the aspirin because of it. She had a lot of heat problems including hypertrophy and needed a pacemaker because her SA node was failing. She also stopped taking her ACE inhibitors. She fell and hit her head in the table knocking her out and causing her to throw up before hand. A severe heart attack also causes oxygen deprivation which is why her fingers were gray and she had low blood flow. Anna was also wearing winterish clothes when she was outside this could make it easier for her to have a heart attack. This would be an accidental death unless Alex Garcia injected her with something that caused her to have the heart attack.

A second theory as to why Anna died could be a allergic reaction. This would also cause her to have low blood flow and oxygen deprivation. This could be accidental; however, she had injections on her thy leading me to believe that someone injected her with something to cause the allergic reaction (Alex).
