My temptation(laziness) prevents me from doing an exercise but I manage to stop it by rewarding myself a round of applause for accomplishing a "lazy workout" every morning. With this, I can ensure myself that I can maintain this "lazy workout" every morning. To move on to the next stage, I will add another workout in the morning. </div>]]></description>
