The children of the "Saulutės" group made experiment with "Floating-drowning". Kids observed which vegetables are floating, which are drowning. There was discussion about why some vegetables drown while others float.

The children of the ,,Saulučių” group, together with teacher Vilija, used their various senses (smell, taste, sensation, vision) to explore the autumn daisy: with their closed eyes, they tried to smell and feel what vegetables and fruits are in their hands. Later they tried to sort and group all t autumn goodies according to different characteristics: shape, size, color.

We talked a lot about emotions this week. We met the unicorn Gaston, who taught us how to breathe upset when angry, or how to breathe in a great mood and share a good mood with those around you. We also played an alias for emotions and a broken phone. We also included smart technologies in our activities, LISTING VISIBLE EMOTIONS on the Smart board, we looked for a hidden picture, identical emotion cards, and with the Smart floor we turned sad emotions into fun again!
