Performing task independently allows the teenager to build their self-esteem. The way the young adult builds their identity is by the way they see themselves in the peers, family, and social environments. The social identity is constructed differently them from the self-identity, you start to self-label oneself and categorize into which others see you as. Most young adults have a difficult time to correlate positive self-esteem and try to equal their value of identity with others. However, identities are not equally valued and some adolescents need special reinforcement to help conduct a positive self- identity. They need the reinforcement because they are faces with major crisis such as gender, sexuality, and race</div>]]></description>
