         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is no cure for MS but there is treatments for attacks which include Corticosteroids which are prescribed to reduce nerve inflammation and plasma exchange which is if your symptoms are new or you are not responding to steroids. There are also treatments to modify progression which include injectable treatments, oral treatments and Infusion treatments. There is also physical therapy which include therapy, muscle relaxants, medications to reduce fatigue, medication to increase and walking speed.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The earliest known case of Ms that was documented was the case of Lidwina The Virgin, she lived in Schiedam Holland in 1395 at 16 years old she developed an illness and subsequently fell while she was skating on a frozen canal. She later experienced symptoms of blindness in one of her eyes, weakness as well as pain. She later died in 1433. The features of MS were first defined by Jean Martin Charcot who was a neurologist at Hôpital de Salpétrière in 1868 which he defined as "la sclérose en plaques”. He named the three indicators of MS are intention tremor, nystagmus and scanning speech.&nbsp;</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
