Why Were The Roman Parties So Modern For Their Time?

The Romans loved to party so they created a god for them. His name was Bacchus. In celebration of the god, they would try to impress him and please him. Also the Romans loved their wine. They would drink so much of it at these parties that they would get super drunk. The Romans also had many holidays and celebrated them every chance they got. People opened up private sex clubs and did some weird stuff in there too. Finally, the Roman Emperors were famous for their parties and would invite very important guests.

Why do languages have Latin roots?

The reason that some European languages have Latin roots is the fact that the Romans conquered these regions. English, for instance, was partly occupied by the Romans. Since their alphabet was not as well made as the Romans the would adapt their alphabet until it evolved into the one we have now. Also the french have Latin roots too. When the Normans conquered England, the French language influenced the language that the Saxons were using. Later in history, the Spanish, French and the English would take over pretty much the entire world, except parts of Asia.

The baths were a lovely experience. The temperatures were perfect, genius way to heat the water. The way they use the braziers. I never thought of having the furnace underground! It was smart how they had everything separate. I didn’t have to use the same hot room with my wife and I could have some fun with the guys. The apodyterium was neatly organised, easy to change in. I would suggest going into the hot room first, then the pool. Then the super heated dry sweating room and then the cold room to cool down. Then get a massage. Overall I liked it and i would definitely go again.

Sim ple-to bribe

Age 36

Why were the Roman Roads so important?

The Roman road system was very important for the Romans and they were very well made. The Roads were used to transport traded goods, weapons and building materials. They had signs showing where to go and they could lead you to the right direction. They helped the army travel to kill the enemy. The roads were made out of concrete and stone so they still stand strong today. The roads had long ranges and they were flat so the journey wasn’t that bad.
