With user-generated content, brands turn to their audience and ask individuals to create content they can then share as part of their marketing strategy. While the company can suggest what type of content they’re looking for, users have all the control. They decide what’s said about the organization or the brand and how to present that message.
At the same time, user-generated content links your customers to the success of your organization. For example, when a user-generated video goes viral, every customer feels a sense of pride. Even if they didn’t make the content, someone like them did and it had a positive impact on the brand and its community.
The future might seem like a robot-infested sci-fi dystopia - but what consumers actually want is a human-to-human relationship with businesses, and UGC can help.

1. Personally I think, even in 2030 people would still prefer going to Theatres to watch their favourite new released movies. . There’s something to be said about watching visual storytelling on a three-story screen, particularly when the film really takes advantage of the format Even if you've got some at-home speaker system so fancy, it's still not as good as the theater's.

2.I don't think so they would able to sustain in the market in next few years. TV networks , which command the highest ad prices are attracting older viewers, which is a challenge for brands that want to reach millennials and teens. Youtube, Netflix, Iflix and many more has taken over the TV network. Companies love digital advertising because it gives them the ability to target ads based on their own lists of customers.
