Standardize product book incorporating GW2 processes etc via an external designers review.

Re introduction of innovation forum (possibly on a quarterly basis) with the relevant internal team workstreams to continually review and update our product book incorporating lessons learnt.

Maximize lessons learnt on the recent GW2 process on Exeter.

Engage on a regular basis with the BD team in order to understand current Growth initiatives and to contribute with key contacts, market intelligence etc. Therefore receive invites to the regular BD meetings.

Continue to facilitate other workstream experience/learning in order to expand individual skill sets for wider career development for the benefit of those individuals and the business.

Within our sector, increase the presence and clarity of our brand in the market. This is a responsibility of all employees of the business. We need to control and manage the market preconceptions of our business.

Celebrate more strongly our project success in our market sector.

We will continue to use stakeholders feedback and data insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
