1. I believe the greatest issue regarding menstrual products is that there are some people out there that aren't fortunate enough to afford them which is a big issue because menstrual products are necessities, not luxury, and should be treated as such.
2. I think one reason to why society turned feminine products to a "luxury" is because some of the male audience don't have a good understanding that menstruating is a basic fact of human existence.

I believe that the greatest issue concerning feminine products is not just their cost and their rarity, I believe that the biggest issue is the stigma concerning these items and about women menstrual hygiene in general. Too many people don't understand that these events and products are natural and should be afforded to everyone who needs them. It is not a luxury, but only because of society is it considered a luxury. Also, these prices are very costly for women because they have to buy a lot very often. It is a one time use that needs to kept being used so it is a mass amount of money that adds up

I believe that the greatest issue regarding menstrual products is the unavailability of certain products; many women need to access more resources than men do, but simply cannot be healthy because it's difficult to obtain or afford. Their health will rapidly decline if they are unable to obtain the right products, meaning that we need to make it more affordable and accessible. I think society turned feminine products into a luxury because there was a clear demand for them, and our consumer mindset has pushed us to exploit that desire and take advantage of it.

I believe the greatest issue regarding menstrual products is the public unavailability and costly products.
I think that these products were turned into "luxury" items because they are taboo to speak about openly in public making it seem like a rare condition when it should be normalized and considered a necessity not luxury.

The greatest issue for menstrual products seems to be the cost of said product. Hundreds of dollars for something this essential is absurd. Imagine buying toilet paper for that much. A reason why society turned feminine products luxurious is due to the lack of understanding around these types of products. Add that with the amount of people who need it, and it makes a great reason to sell it so overpriced.
