The eyes close a bit and the corners of the lips pull up and the cheeks raise slightly. 

Surprise😱
The eyebrows and upper eyelids rise while the jaw “drops”. Being surprised may be confused with fear.

Fear😰
The corners of our lips pull to the side allowing the mouth to be elongated. The eyelids contract and raise a little. The eyebrow muscles contract and pull the eyebrows up and in.

Pride😌
The head may tilt back, The corners of the lips go up resulting in a slight smile, and the jaw thrusts out. It’s a sign of dominance.

Anger😡
The muscles in our eyelids, forehead and our lips move. The eyelid muscles contract and tighten the lower eyelid while raising the upper eyelid. The forehead contrasts and becomes a furrowed brow. And the lips tighten and press together.

Pain😖
When we feel pain our face muscles move so that they contract the face and protect us from harm.

 Eyebrows pulled down, upper eyelids pulled up, lower eyelids pulled up, margins of lips rolled in, lips may be tightened. Anger face works so well because each facial movement makes a person look physically stronger.
Happy 😊
While it starts with the mouth, it's actually all about the eyes! A sign of happiness is when the sides of the lips rise symmetrically. In an authentic smile the eyelids drop, and the eyebrows lower accompanied by a symmetrical smile
crying 😢
Lips are stretched horizontally with the lower lip pushed up and the lip corners turned down. The chin muscle below the lower lip which pushes the lower lip upward is raised intensely inextreme sadness, increasing the size of the lower lip by curling it forward.

Happy 😊
Muscle around the eyes tightened, wrinkles around the eyes, cheeks raised, lip corners raised diagonally. When somebody is happy it's shown strongly with their wide smile.

Crying 😭
When someone cries, their face gets red and blotchy, their eyes bloodshot, and their eyelids puffy. They get a lump in their throat. They scrub or blow their nose so they don't end up with snot running down their face. The tears on somebody's face can really prove to you if a person is crying.

Angry 🤬
Their eyebrows would be lowered and pulled closer together. Their eyelids would become squinted or raised. Their lips would tighten or curl inwards. When somebody is angry you can see their face start to get a bit more red.

Blushing 🥰
Observe the individual's face, particularly around the cheeks and forehead. These behaviors are usually accompanied by a reddening of the face and are a telltale sign of blushing from high blood pressure or overactive blood circulation. When somebody is blushing you can see they smile a lot.

For fear the corners of the lips get pulled back giving the illusion that the mouth has enlogated. Your eyelids raise a bit and the eyebrow muscles contract and pull up and in.

Happy 😊
A sign of happiness is when the sides of the lips rise symmetrically. The muscles around the eyes tighten ,eyes drop and your eyebrows lower.
