         <description><![CDATA[<div>Training exercises with Mr Choong:<br>1. High Jumps - 3 sets of 10 (Arm Swings for momentum)<br>2. Tuck Jumps - 3 sets of 10 (Bring knees as high as possible)<br>3. Full Squats - 3 sets of 10 (Arms in front, stay at the lowest point for a split second)<br>4. Jumping over cones - 3 sets of 10 (Going for height with the proper arm swings)<br><br>For each exercise, have 1 demonstrator from your group to demonstrate and take a video of this student. The video will be uploaded.&nbsp;<br><em>Some time should be taken before the videoing to allow the student to practice. </em></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Knees slightly bent, eyes looking ahead!<br><em>Store power at the start of the swing, and dont look down! </em><br>2. Arm swing for momentum&nbsp; <br><em>Dont have to be too many times, 1 effective arm swing is better than 10 ineffective ones! <br>3</em>. Lift off when your arm swings pass your thigh! <br><em>Use the momentum generated to assist in the upward and forward motion. <br></em>4. Tuck your knees high<br><em>To give you maximum air time<br></em>5. Land with hands forward <br><em>To minimise landing awkwardly<br><br></em>Finally, the video above shows the do's and dont's in the standing board jump.
