         <description><![CDATA[<div>The German meal times are later. Plus, they usually have 4 meals a day. Breakfast is at 9 to 10 o'clock. Second breakfast, which is almost always coffee and cake, is at 10 to 11 o'clock. Lunch is at 1 to 3 o'clock. Dinner is at 7 to 8 o'clock.</div>]]></description>

If you go to a shop in Germany that sells these hats, the feather will most likely be in a bag attached to the hat which you can take off.</div>]]></description>
