Content/Summary of the speaker's lecture: The effects/causes of illegal drug, alcohol, and cigarettes
Group reflection: 
  • We've learnt a lot, such as the necessity of not consuming drugs or engaging in illegal drug use because it has a negative impact on many people's life. It has negative consequences, including weight loss or gain, moodiness, negativity, and crankiness, among others. The webinar teaches us the importance of taking care of ourselves, being responsible, and thinking critically in order to protect our physical health and avoid diseases and illnesses. The webinar also provided us with general information that will assist our community in the event that they are suffering from or are involved with drugs, as well as ensure that our community is safe and free of users.
 Summary: 
  • Drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes can have a negative impact on people’s overall health, physical development, emotional and social development. It can also affect how well they make judgments, think, and react. Furthermore, taking alcohol or drugs might make it difficult for young individuals to maintain control over their behaviors.
Reflections: 
  • It is tremendous assistance in terms of making everyone more accountable and understanding that living without feeling sick is preferable. This aid in preventing the spread of illicit drugs and further reducing their use.
