I'm nervous for the upcoming trek across the Gobi Desert, it will be very long and difficult. I've learned about Buddhism and I want to learn more I think it is true. I think there are so many different religions because everyone needs hope that their are higher beings because it is such a horrible time. I can't believe I have fallen this far behind, I told my crew which way to go but they can only go so far without their guide. Hopefully they find another one to help them and I can find more people to help me. It's so hot and I don't have much water left. I'm so grateful I made it out of the desert, it was brutal and I'm still dehydrated, but it's much nicer here.
There's so many trees here and lots of vegetation. I'm hoping the rest of the trip won't be too much harder, we're almost there. I'm going to keep making sure people get across the silk road, and make more money doing so.
