It has been great seeing you step into your role as math dean and, not surprisingly, there's a lot that you're doing right away to take what you did so well in the classroom and expand it across the school. You are not only passionate about doing what is best for kids (and making sure our instruction models the respect we have for them), but you're also committed to the "how" - namely, ensuring that your team is on board with something before moving forward, in order to build trust and investment in the strategy and ultimately help the execution to be stronger.

I'm looking forward to continuing to work with you and see you grow, and to seeing the positive impact you'll continue to have on the Hartford Summit community!
