1) I think you worked well with us. You listened to our thoughts and I believe you tried your best to put into place our opinions.
2) I think your communication got better throughout the duration of the project. At the start I struggled to understand what you were trying to say. But as time went on you were more concise in the information you told us. Made communication  much easier.
3) Communication was good. As we got more into the project, the more the communication was tailored to our needs. 1) I think you got better at this as time went on but continue working on talking to parents in a concise way. It makes me more motivated to talk to you if this happens.
2) I also think sometimes you used complex words that I didn't understand. So maybe use simple phrases when talking parents.
3)  Your confidence grew as time went on. But try to start conversations with confidence. 1) My engagement with family learning increased because your resources made it much easier for me to do activities with my child. I didn't have to worry about finding new activity ideas.
2) My engagement increased because I realised how fun family learning can be. We all got involved including my husband. Having the different resources in one place for us increased my motivation. Also it was tailored to our needs so it felt personalised which was good.
