2. We should definitely continue with the safety talks, sharing and practices to ensure everyone's morale, physical and mental fitness.

Ensuring the safety of everyone on board the ship makes the ship a safer place to be on. Everyone needs to make sure they are safe even if they are alone, its also their individual responsibility to take note of.

Flotilla - Glad, for the safety videos for us to view, as it helps paint a clearer understanding on what had happen on the incident shared.

2. Practices to change

• Manpower issue, do not plan alot of stuffs on days that have not enough manpower (i.e people going DCTC, HRFF, CST, BTT, IGTS etc)

• Standards on ship (i.e Domestics, Cleaning Station, FLT, QM, FFDC refresher etc, set aside time to focus on all of this, nobody to lead or make trainings)

• Ship Cohesions location and activity to be more productive & interesting for people to look forward & participate

• Understand that people are still doing SOHA PERA preps within different dept, those that are done, can silent secure at the timing that is planned for

Assessment

We should all do well for all for assessment (DCTC, COMTEX, BTT etc.)

Should always be share equally and not targeted at a certain expect (Seaman, Dept works)
