         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>1. I chose this technique because breaking down a big task can mentally prepare you from what you think may be the worst. This particular technique is makes the assignment or task a lot easier to manage. I feel this is essential because it mentally appears as if if broken down in increments which allows are brains to process what were inturpinging.</p><p><br/></p><p>2. I chose this technique because monitoring your learning is essential to the conditioning of the brain. Answering reciting questions that we retained from our memory are ways of monitoring our learning. Taking notes and taking self test helps staying on track with learning. Seeking feedback and support as well as discussions and groups all play a role in monitoring our learning abilities. Review and revise is one organic technique of monitoring your learning.</p>]]></description>
