I got an owl because I am i am very perceptive, wise, and an ideal investigator. The owl also symbolizes a life transition, which applies to my current life. I decided to make the owl in the shape of a mug, so I could use it at a cup. I used earthy colors on my coil project. I used an earth color for the face of the owl. I used dots all around to look like barnacles attached to a rock. I also used a variety of slip designs to emulate seaweed. In addition, I added swirls throughout my project, as they remind my of seashells. I used a gorgeous pink/orange all over my project, as it reminds me of the color of coral. I also used various blues to emulate the sea.
