First and foremost, Malaysia is a mix of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and European cultural influences. Even though Malaysia's official religion is Islam, other religions may be practiced in peace and harmony. My next favorites thing about being a Malaysian is that we have many public holidays. There are a total of 14 public holidays that will be celebrated across the country. In addition, each state enjoys another 4-5 state-specific holidays, such as Nuzul Al-Quran and the birthdays of sultans. Since there are many public holidays, there's a vacation and Malaysia has many places that can be visited. Since I'm from north Malaysia, most of my holidays were in Penang. Penang has long been known globally as one of the most popular tourist destinations in Malaysia ever. From mouth-watering street food and hawker fare to iconic locations such as Kek Lok Si Temple and the trendy street murals in Georgetown, the city is more or less the poster boy of Malaysian tourism. Hey everyone! As we know the Independence day around the corner, I'm superb exciting to celebrate the day. There are many reasons why I'm proud to be Malaysian. But I'm gonna share with you guys my 3 most important points. First of all, Malaysia's people use many different languages such as Tamil, Malay, Chinese, English and more in one sentence to form perfectly acceptable sentence. There's nothing like the warm and familiar nuances that makes the relationship with each other. Other than that, Malaysia known as multiracial country. This is because there are Indians, Malays, Chinese and more. Not only that, Malaysia has many stunning places that always bring adventurous in your journey. There are mountains, tropical rainforests, beaches and more breathtaking scenery in Malaysia. It's no wonder that Malaysia truly captures my heart. That's all for now. I am proud to be a Malaysian because of 3 reasons. The first reason is that Malaysia is a very beautiful country. It has so many beautiful places to visit such as Cameron Highlands that is located in the State of Pahang. Malaysia is also a country which is loved by tourists for their visit in Southeast Asia. The second reason why I love to be a Malaysian is because Malaysia is known as a country that has multitude of rich cultures. For instance, Malays, Chinese, Indians, Kadazandusuns, Bajaus, Ibans and many more. The last reason is about the food. The food could be one of the most enjoyable experiences in Malaysia. I enjoy everytime i eat Malaysian food. To sum up everything that has been stated so far, Malaysia is one of the very best countries in the whole world. Happy 63rd Independence Day Malaysia!!

I am proud to be a Malaysian because of 3 reasons. The first reason is, there are famous traditional foods in Malaysia. For example, Malaysians eat nasi lemak in the morning for breakfast. The second reason is the tourist spots that attract many people. For example, Pulau Perhentian located in Terengganu is a very popular holiday destination not only in Malaysia but also famous among foreign tourists. Last but not least, in Malaysia there are many cultures that are practiced. For example, Malaysia still has an attitude of helping each other. This attitude makes Malaysia known abroad as the most harmonious country. I am very proud to be able to sit in Malaysia.
