Eveli was a great Mentor, she prepared the session in advance, and she was patient I was late to our session, she was fantastic with her questions and her appreciative approach. She was compassionate, human, and also created a trustful atmosphere we had a very profound conversation and I felt empowered to keep doing to keep discovering with curiosity. Also she made a follow-up and shared valuable resources and offered to meet again.

I would love to thank her for her time, specially in today´s world where we had so many responsibilities and duties for me was a blessing and I left the session feeling grateful.

She was kind to talk about the tools and skills needed for roles in this area and showed me how to use keywords when building my CV. The best part was when she opened LinkedIn to show me some open positions in the L&D area and how I should be reorganizing my CV in order to apply for them. It was super!
