Petrocelli asks about what the plan for robbing the drugstore was. Bobo says who did what. He also then blames the death of the store owner on King "King was trying to get the gun from him and I was going for the money. Then I heard the gun go off"

Petrocelli asks if Bobo knows the people at the 2 tables in front of him to which Bobo says yes. He then talks about how he's been friends with Mr. King for pretty much all of his life. Also, he refers to how he's serving 7 to 10 years for a bunch of crimes including selling drugs. "I been arrested for (Hesitates) ... breaking and entering, grand theft auto, and one time for taking a car radio and one time for fighting a guy what died."

Petrocelli asks about where the money from the robbery was going. Bobo responds by telling her about getting fried chicken. Then he said that they split the rest of it. "we spent some of it on fried chicken and wedgies. Then me and King split the rest."

Petrocelli goes over the fact that Bobo got a deal to testify. For this, he would get less time in jail. As long as he told the truth. "If i tell what happened, the truth, then I can cop a plea to a lesser charge"
