         <description><![CDATA[<div>A normal EEG helps aid in the diagnosis of brain disorders such as seizures and strokes. It evaluates the electrical activity in the brain. There is a lot of prepping that accompanies an EEG such as skin prep for the scalp. However, a new innovation is in the works to be more convenient. The wireless EEG is designed to be faster and user friendly. This EEG sits atop the patient's head like a helmet. There is no skin prep necessary, and can be applied by nurses and other clinical staff. Data is transmitted through a HIPPA compliant platform, and interpreted by neurologist </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Can be used in an emergent situation. This wireless EEG can reduce set up time by 20-30 minutes compared to traditional EEG.<br>2. No skin prep needed. A traditional EEG requires electrodes to be placed onto a clean scalp. There are no gels and wires involved making the EEG easy to use. <br>3. The data is transmitted to neurologist and needs not to be in the facility the EEG is performed. The data is also protected by HPPA policies and provides a live viewing. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Viral transmission testing has not been performed. There is a disposable lining and disposable electrodes between patients. However, in regards to recent COVID, patients would not be guaranteed protection from viral disease.<br>2. Will noise or movement interfere with readings? There is always risk for error. Also the speed of the transmission may be delayed if wireless service is interrupted.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The wireless EEG will be an amazing asset to healthcare. The convenience and speed will help in emergent situations to develop diagnoses. Patients will benefit from the no hassle of prepping and having the electrodes sticking to them. I also feel, patients' anxiety will be reduced not only for adults, but for children.  </div>]]></description>

Carols is strategic in thinking and will implement old ideas and shape them for something new.<br><br>Emily- Emily is trustworthy. She is able to empathize with others and understand their feelings. She will be a great asset to the team because she respects others' opinions and implements feelings into the group. <br><br>Isaac- Isaac is a quick learner and is able to connect the dots of the puzzle.
