I stick to a very strict budget when it comes to my spending since I am a college student. My frugal spending always seems to surprise to my family and friends. They are also surprised that I never leave home without my scissors. I would’ve imagined that this shock would’ve subsided when the stockpiles of tissue in their houses outgrew the local  stores. Yet here we are on yet another Sunday, asking why I have newspapers by the bulk although I never read them.
