Each pig built their own houses out of different material. The first pig bought hay from a man and built his home. He was approached by a wolf who blew his house down and gobbled him up. The second little pig bought sticks from a man and built himself a home. The same wolf approached the second pig, blew his house down and gobbled him up. Now the third bought bricks from a man and made himself his home. The wolf struggled to blow his house down. He tried various ways to meet the pig outside of his home but the pig outsmarted the wolf. It was my favorite book because it shows that hard work and dedication pay off. The third little pig worked to make sure he had a decent house to live in.
