There is only one to two dots above average. The average for the highest dots are 30 to 20 and the average for the lowest was 5 to 15 insects. Those are the trends for insect abundance. The bird attack trends is that most dots are below average and there is more attacks on the non native plant and less attacks on the water saver plants. My answer to the 1st question : One trend that I noticed was the water savors and spenders were either the categories that has the highest or lowest average.               

My answer to the 2nd question :  

My recommendation for the land managers at Crystal Cove State Park would be to plant a mix of water savors and water spenders.    I think this because the trend that I mentioned on how water savors &  water spenders have the highest population if they work together, because in the bird attacks, one of them has the highest population and at the insect abundances the other one has the highest average.
