Due to extreme poverty, access to education is already limited for families in Kenya, but girls face an unfair disadvantage. As male siblings continue to be sent to school, girls are getting left behind. The constitutional Tribunal consisted mainly of the judges appointed by the national conservative Polish ruling party “Prawo i Sprawiedliwość” (“Law and Justice”) which is largely influenced by Roman Catholic Church decided that according to the Polish constitution the Republic of Poland is supposed to provide legal and legitimate life protection for everyone and found the right to end pregnancy in case of the impairment of the fetus as undermining that policy.
