Not only do they produce the air that we breath, but it is a common plant to use to maintain the banks of mountains in the Rockies. If that wasn't enough, the trees even produce a powder that contain a mild sun protectant at around 4-5 SPF. With factory farming and logging becoming ever more prominent around the world this ecosystem has never been more endangered. It's sad that we as humans are truly a cancer to the planet that we live on by deteriorating the natural beauty that is this ecosystem. If this doesn't stop soon the human race is going to be in grave danger due to the lack of oxygen production due to the mass deforestation that is becoming an ever more rampant problem.
