It can be downloaded on all office computers/laptops. Group meetings will be held at a specific time and date. Employees will sign in with name/ID and sit in for discussions. This can be a group discussion with all members participating or a conference call where all members are just listening.

If meeting at a specific time and date is not manageable, Facebook may be used. This could be a private group Facebook page for employees or a group chat message.
