I loved the ideas of the rubric cube and goal setting for students. In my ideal classroom, I would love to be able to have dedicated time every Monday to reflect on the previous weeks' goals and to set new goals for the week and plan out how to accomplish them. Wednesdays would be a time to check in on the goals, and Fridays would be for checking in again and reflecting.
