I chose this video because it perfectly fits into the theme I chose of how to manage and reduce stress. A major stressor for students is tests, which is another reason why I chose this video, as it helps explain how to deal with and beat test anxiety. I personally really like the suggestions mentioned in the as I have suffered from test anxiety ever since I could remember. Asking your professor and trying to recreate the test conditions or trying to imagine said conditions would be very useful in this situation in my opinion, as it can help you prepare for the high stress, high pressure situation that you may have to face, helping you mentally prepare you, so you aren't scared to find out what it might be like then day of. Additionally I think that by lessening this anxiety it would also help reduce the stress on your mind and body, allowing you to take the test to the best of your abilities without choking. Overall I think this video gives good advice on how to manage stress caused by test anxiety.

How to Avoid Being Overwhelmed Constantly-

I chose this video because it relates to one of the main causes of stress in not just students but everybody: being overwhelmed. This video gives tips and advice on how to stop being in a constant state of being overwhelmed, in this way this video relates to stress reduction and management. I liked the advice he gave about a simple morning routine and a simple set of habits, as I think this a good idea to keep things minimal and less time consuming. I also enjoyed the idea of setting priorities, as priorities are detrimental to your wellbeing and whether or not you are overloaded. Priorities are also really helpful for students in general as it also aids students in time management which could also decrease stress. To close I think that being able to deal with being overwhelmed, would definitely reduce stress and help students manage stress better.

I picked this video because it shows how to organize for school. In my opinion this correlates to stress in a very direct way as by staying organized I believe that could help reduce stress. I say this because by staying organized whether it be notes, computer files, or anything in between when it comes to school, knowing where papers or pieces of information that you might need are would help decrease the stress of trying to find something last minute or even at all if you don't know where it is. I really liked his suggested system for computer files, either using Dropbox or Google Drive are great options that I would also suggest. I also enjoyed the idea of using a notebook with colored flags or having subject specific folders to hep keep track of paper notes. In all i think that these ideas would definitely help keep someone organized and therefore also aid in stress reduction.

I chose this article because it helps point out the cause of stress in most students.
