1.Clarify Your Vision
Local community aware that school offers the IBCP and members of the local community participate fully in any IBCP events 

2. Gather and Analyse Information
Students to complete a survey with members of the local community about what they know about the IBCP and what they would like to know

3. Formulate a Strategy
Sixth Form Committee students with IB CP coordinator to develop a plan of action based on the responses from the local community

4. Implement Your Strategy
SMART targets and actions implemented by students and staff

5. Evaluate and Control
Students to conduct the same survey following one year of implementation to monitor impact of actions.
Students should also reflect and complete an evaluation following an event in the local community requesting feedback from all participants 

Not entirely sure about a 5 point strategy, so apologies if this does not meet the brief!!

- In college
- Within area partnership schools

- With local community

2. (Building on Claire's point 1) Clarify your vision:
- With teaching staff
- With all sixth form students
- With Local community, including local employers and universities.

3.  Collaborate through Service Learning tasks across the CP and DP.  Guide this through whole cohort launches.

4.  Use recent alumni to exemplify the places the IBCP can take you.

I would just add a consideration for specific methods to promote eg creation and running of social media pages for IBCP, establishing business mentors linked to the CRS to become a source of contact and advice for students and close collaboration with careers advisers and those with local university contacts to  further raise awareness.
