The Centre Head met the KCS on 29 Dec to discuss the programme and logistics for the first 2 days of KCare operations for Jan 2023. 
During the meeting, the CH identified several issues:
(i) Day 1 KCare Orientation programme proposed by KCS was not well-thought through (e.g., arrival and dismissal SOPs was unclear, activties planned for Day 1 were not engaging)
(ii) Parent briefing slides were unclear
(iii) Name lists for the KCare children were not ready for reference as there were missing names
(iv) Staff deployment was planned incorrectly
