 Ans:Multinational companies also known as transnational corporations are companies that operate in a number of countries around the world.

 Ans:creating jobs,bringing expertise in and improving the skills of the workforce,benefiting from economies of scale.

As an entrepreneur the challenge in this area is not just start-up a company but run it successfully but making sure that I have the best team in place, giving them the freedom to help me establish a company that can have a truly impact in environmental and social projects.

Another challenge is innovating the structure of business in terms of employees’ rights, privileges, and actual work time. 

·      Critical evaluation of the business area:

 

Advantages: social programs to benefit people in need, in terms of free quality housing, Social’s ONG that need better infrastructures. Renewing buildings that are vacant. In addition, in countries like my own (Angola/Portugal) give employees a good ratio of time for their personal lives and working time, quantity does not mean quality time and productiveness. Alongside, the desire to empower diversity in positions that have influence in the decisions of the company.  

 

Disadvantages: Financial and investment problems, for reasons that many investors and banks do not support fully this kind of projects that does not giving them a financial return they seek. This will imply onwards not just allocate to those in need free projects but selling some and others rent.

 

The main area that I found challenging was the lack of communication. 

 

Effective communication in project management is extremely important for a successful project. You need to have timely and transparent methods of communication to ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the process. Deloitte states that 32 percent of professionals believe that communication is the biggest issue of project management.

Miscommunication is also dangerous for project teams because it affects their teamwork. It can cause conflicts among team members and can potentially delay the project.

 

Critical evaluation of the business area:

 

 

Project managers often rely on various collaborative and project management software available in the market in order to ensure that everyone stays updated. Project collaboration tools not only make it easier for managers to carry on their duties but also ensure greater transparency in projects and accountability within the team. This is achieved through features such as contextual comments, @mentions, and priority assignment capabilities.

Additionally, regular, short stand-up meetings a few times weekly can go a long way in preventing miscommunication.
