    2. Add in the brown sugar, sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix
    3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt
    4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and scoop the cookie dough on a cookie sheet
    5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
    6.  Bake for 10-11 minutes and let them cool for 5 minutes
