Even before pa po, ramdam ko na ‘yung warmth at approachable na aura niyo. Dahil po sa inyo, nabawasan ‘yong takot ko sa paggawa ng duties ko. You made things feel less scary and more fulfilling. Dahil po sa inyo, nag-set ako ng standards para sa sarili ko—kasi gusto ko pong maging proud kayo sa akin at maramdaman niyo po na deserve ko itong spot na ‘to. Tuwing tinatawag niyo po akong Izadora, sobra po akong natutuwa. Feel ko kasi na ‘yong nickname na ‘yon, parang sa inyo lang talaga galing—parang special po siya, at alam ko agad na kayo ‘yong tumatawag. Super super po kitang nilolook up—not just because you’re hardworking and dedicated, pero kasi ang saya niyo rin po kasama. You lead with strength, but also with so much heart.

You’re genuinely one of the best Ate’s I’ve ever had and met during my whole stay sa RPW. Sobrang thankful po ako sa presence niyo, sa guidance, at sa kindness niyo. And at the same time, gusto ko rin po kayong i-acknowledge at i-treasure—lalo na po ngayon, sa espesyal ninyong araw. You truly deserve all the love and appreciation today. 💖

At first, I thought we will never na maging close knowing na I'm a shy type person. But because of your wonderful communication skills, you really did a great job, ate. You encouraged me na lumabas sa comfort zone ko and interact with others, especially sa mga admins and mods. From the very start, yung una ko palang na sali sa previous ano noon, alam ko na agad na you're a genuine one. Despite of having so many responsibilities, you always had the time yo guide us, to support us. Kahit gaano na nakakapagod sa part, you always choose na maging strong sa harapan namin because alam mo na nilolook up ka namin. Akalain mo yun 1 year na tayong mag kakilala and we've been throught din a lot! Nag away na tayo naging enemy na tayo dati way back you know what i'm sayin' girl! I’ve told you multiple times that if it weren’t for you, matagal na akong umalis, matagal na akong nag-give up, at matagal na akong nag-quit. But every time I think of forgetting it all and leaving everything behind — you are always there to hold my hand firmly and remind me that I am still needed and valued. You listen to me like I’m telling the most interesting stories in the world, even when I’m just ranting and saying all the mean words a person could say. You sat with me through my darkest days, when I couldn’t hear anyone and the voices inside my head were loud and draining. You were there when nobody else was.
