         <description><![CDATA[<div>This diet is a good way to lose weight fast and then to continue to lose weight after the first two-weeks. Although you are cutting out all carbs for two weeks, they will be added back into the diet. This is a good way to manage what you eat for a long period of time. Once you adjust to getting rid of the unhealthy fats and other things in your original diet, your overall new diet will be significantly healthier. The first phase, I do not agree with since there are plenty of risks that come with it. But when it comes to phase two and three the food that can be in your diet is better and can cause less risks.</div>]]></description>
