Charged with overall corporate leadership, strategy, and new business initiatives, he represents both the TVO Groupe and TVO Capital Management platforms. In addition to his executive role with the company, Wayne Vandenburg serves as a senior advisor with global real estate investment manager VDB Asset Management. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, Mr. Vandenburg holds a bachelor of science in education. Prior to establishing his real estate career, he was a successful track and field coach at the University of Texas at El Paso and was named the El Paso Man of the Year in addition to being a member of the City and University's Hall of Fame. He has served as a member of the board of directors for organizations including the New National Multifamily Housing Council as well as the USA Track & Field Foundation and additionally served as a council member of the Urban Land Institute's Blue and Green Multifamily Councils.
