I was in attendance on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 7.45 a.m. at the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang. I received a briefing on the necessary procedures and conditions at 8:00 a.m. from Mrs. Noraini binti Katiman, Administrative Assistant N19, Management Services Department, Pengerang Municipal Council, and Mrs. Nur Atikah binti Isa, Administrative Assistant N19, Management Services Department, Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang .

Following the explanation, I was given the chance to introduce myself to each Pengerang Municipal Council unit. Additionally, I enjoyed the chance to speak with Mr. Zairul Adilla bin Hj Zaini, the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang Secretary. Mrs. Mahirah binti Jalal, the Assistant Administrative Officer (N5) of the Management Services Department, also met with and introduced me to the Human Resources Management staff.

Mr. Haizad from the IT Unit then made a face ID for me and my friends who were undergoing industrial training, which we could use as evidence of our attendance at the Pengerang Municipal Council. Proof of attendance will be provided by the face ID.

I received an explanation of the Management unit from Puan Atikah on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. The treatment expenses that can be recovered from the business are covered in greater detail in this explanation. One of the Pengerang Municipal Council's @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang specialities is that treatment expenses can be reimbursed from both private and public clinics and hospitals.

Apart from that, married employees of the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang receive RM 1,400.00. Meanwhile, single employees receive RM 1,000.00. Parents, kids, parents, and both partners can all take advantage of this benefit. The process involves paying for the treatment and then presenting the Management Unit with a receipt or documentation of the clinic or hospital records.

Mrs. Mimi binti Abdul Wahab, Administrative Assistant N19, Management Services Department, Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang , then presented me with the chance to complete the Government Service Book on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. She also clarified the differences between contract and permanent status when completing the Government Service Book.

I have received an explanation from Puan Atikah about the Employment Grades on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. SPM in Grade 1, Diploma/STPM in Grade 5, and Degree in Grade 9. A Salary Movement Schedule is available for reference. Salary increases are determined by the civil servant's date of appointment. Salary Movement Months are January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

On January 1st, salary adjustments will take place for civil servants whose appointment dates fall between January 1st and March 31st. Additionally, salary adjustments will take place on April 1st for civil servants hired between April 1st and June 31st. In the meantime, pay adjustments will take place on July 1st for civil servants hired between July 1st and September 31st. Lastly, civil servants hired during that time will be given the period 1 October through 31 December.

However, this Salary Movement has some restrictions. For example, a civil servant cannot receive benefits from the Salary Movement if their performance evaluation falls short of the 75% mark or higher.

Last but not least, I was given the task with updating the 2025 Annual Salary Movement Letter for individuals hired in January and April by the Pengerang Municipal Council. 158 individuals in January. In April, there were 58 individuals in total.

I handled on preparing the 2025 Annual Salary Movement Letter for the July and October 2025 Pengerang Municipal Council Staff on Thursday, March 20, 2024. There were 45 employees of the Pengerang Municipal Council in July. 15 employees of the Pengerang Municipal Council took part in October.

After the break, I assisted the management unit in getting the office area ready for the celebration of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

The common goal and helpful attitude among the Pengerang Municipal Council employees truly moves and motivates me. In order to successfully achieve organisational goals, teamwork is important.

The entire Management Unit team travelled to Teluk Sengat on Friday, March 21, 2025, in order to edit the Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2025 footage.

Additionally, Mr. Pijul guided me on how to obtain the Pengerang Municipal Council Private Clinic Medical Treatment Payment Claim System. The HR administrator must sign the form and stamp it with the submission date and time.

After that, since all units will be in competition on the theme of Hari Raya Aidilfitri on March 25, 2025, we all continued decorating our office together.

On Monday, March 25, 2025, I took a break and went right back to work on Tuesday.

Along with teammates from the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang, I had the responsibility with continuing to decorate our unit in the morning with a Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration theme.

After that, Puan Atikah explained to me how to record incoming letters from the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang. The President of the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang will receive all received letters before forwarding them to the most suitable departments.

Based on the most recent date, the date of receipt of the letter is one of the details that needs to be updated. There are three types of letters: internal memos, internal letters, and external letters. To make letter searching easier, the reference number @ memo must be noted. Additionally, the letter's title is noted.

I have to add all of the documents and correspondence to the 2025 Participation Letter file after completing the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang Participation Letter update.

Mrs Nurul Atikah binti Yahya, Assistant Administrative Officer N29, Pengerang Municipal Council Management Services Department, gave details me on the Private Clinic Medical Treatment Payment Claim Form on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

In March of 2025, I was tasked with updating the MPP Staff Medical Bill Payment Claim Report. Only this year's claims were submitted.

Following the break, I was invited to the President's room along with my other friends from industrial training. Our session was friendly. All of us industrial training students received some Aidilfitri duit raya from Mr. Mohammad Nazrul bin Abd Rahim, the president of the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang. Additionally, he offered guidance and encouragement to pursue industrial training.

I was invited to attend the Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony 2025 and the Sinari Syawal Program on Thursday, March 27, 2025, together with the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang staff. At Taman Desaru Utama's Muafakat Hall, the Sinari Syawal Program and the Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony 2025 took place.

Mr. Mohammad Nazrul bin Abd Rahim, the president of the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang, gave a speech after the Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony was over, and everyone received raya goodies. As practicum students, we also had the chance to receive 2 boxes of eggs and 2 chickens from the Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang.

We in the Management unit apologised to one another after finishing the Sinari Syawal Program and the Khatam Al-Quran 2025 Ceremony because some of us would be taking early leave and returning to the village for Raya.

In addition, I requested a one-day leave of absence yesterday in connection with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration.

The Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang staff may strengthen their friendships by participating in the Sinari Syawal Program and the Khatam Al-Quran 2025 Ceremony.

Before the Hari Raya Aidilfitri holiday, the last day of work is Friday, March 28, 2025. On Thursday, April 3, 2025, Puan Atikah binti Yahya provided me with information about MYPPSM (Human Resources Service Circular).

MyPPSM is a continuous effort to guarantee that human resource management regulations are current and suitable. Additionally, it contains a portal called MyPPSPP that was created as a reference source for HRS circulars in order to replace the current portal.

MyPPSM's goals are to review notices that are out-of-date or irrelevant, reduce the number of circulars that are currently in existence by merging and cancelling them, and make it easier to find references and regulations related to human resource management.

April 10, 2025, Thursday That same day, I accepted the recently sent Medical Claim and Treatment Form.

I was next given instructions by Mrs. Nur 'Aisyah binti Azmi, Assistant Enforcement Officer of the Human Resources Division of the Pengerang Municipal Council Management Services Department, on how to update the Private Clinic Medical Claim and Treatment Form by determining a person's eligibility to submit a private clinic medical claim and treatment as well as the balance of civil servants.

The April 2025 Private Clinic Medical Treatment Payment Claim Form was sent to me by Pengerang Municipal Council staff today, Wednesday, April 9, 2025, before to the break.

Then, on April 9, 2025, I sent the Private Clinic Medical Treatment Payment Claim Form after updating the information in the April 2025 Employee Bill Payment Claim Report.

I updated the Government Service Book for Pengerang Municipal Council Secretary Mr. Zairul Adilla bin Haji Zaini in the afternoon. There are 2 techniques: typing and writing in the Government Service book. For job duties to go without issue, information about the Service needs to be updated.

Lastly, before heading back home, the Management Services Department Unit casually discussed the 2025 Excellent Service Award Ceremony and the Pengerang Municipal Council Open House Celebration. Discussions and task were successfully carried out.

On Monday, April 14, 2025, week five, I worked with the Pengerang Municipal Council employees at the Community Service Department Unit to wrap eggs in tissues. This is how eggs were wrapped in the 1980s and 1990s. Getting this experience in advance of the 2025 Aidilfitri Open House and sharing it with guests excites me greatly.

April 16, 2025, Wednesday Mrs. Nur 'Aisyah binti Azmi, the Assistant Enforcement Officer of the Management Services Department's Human Resources Management Division, gave me instructions on how to draft an invitation letter.

Under the direction of Mrs. 'Aisyah, I created an invitation letter for the Pengerang Municipal Council's @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang " Sanjungan Budi Ceremony, Julangan Bakti Year 2024/2025"

After that, I also made updates to the daily report book on Word and Padlet.

Writing an official letter in a formal, official format is something I have never done before.

After that, I also joined the tray and gift committee for the 2024–2025 Sanjungan Budi, Julangan Bakti Ceremony.

When I started working, the Sanjungan Budi, Julangan Bakti Ceremony for the Year 2024/2025 personally gave me a boost of energy.

YAB Dato' Onn Hafiz Ghazi, Menteri Besar of Johor, announced the special holiday in celebration of His Royal Highness Tunku Mahkota Ismail, Regent of the Sultan of Johor, who issued the decree after the Southern Tigers team advanced to the 2024/2025 Malaysia Cup final.

The State Government is extremely appreciative of the Regent of Johor's vision, foresight, and amazing dedication in turning JDT into a renowned football team in this country and throughout Asia.

In order to show their support and become the 12th player, the Johor Chief Minister also invited all Harimau Selatan fans to gather at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium. He also prayed that JDT would win.

After winning the prized trophy in 2017, 2019, 2022, and 2023, JDT will play Sri Pahang FC in the final game, attempting to win the Malaysia Cup championship collection for the fifth time.

As instructed by Mrs. Rasyidah binti Salim, Assistant Administrative Officer N29, and Mrs. Fatin binti Ahamad, Assistant Environmental Health Officer U29, Public Health and Licensing Department, I continued to prepare the written report of the general meeting of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee of the MPP No. 2/2025, Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang.

Before going back home after the break, I used padlet and more recent words to prepare and finish the daily report.

Puan Fatin binti Ahamad reviewed my search results before the end of working hours. Additionally, I was successful to finish the Week 9 Daily Report.

On May 20, 2025, I wrote the letter's title, date, recipient, and sender in the morning so that it could be filed away in the administrative file.

I received help in recording and maintaining records of letters received and sent by Mrs. Nor Diyana binti Roslan, Administrative Assistant (P/O N19), Public Health and Licensing Department, Pengerang Municipal Council @ Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang.

After the break, I went over the content guidelines for the Industry Report's final report in order to draft the main points.
