What is the problem? The staff needs help deciding which online platform would best suit their online communication needs.

When, where and why does the problem occur? The need for online meetings occurs when some or all staff members are not able to meet face to face due to work travel or at home needs. 

How does this dilemma effect the staff? Despite the minimal fee for a group of more than 10 people Skype is the best solution.  The privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance for Waking Up, Inc; the next necessity is an online platform for meeting and collaborating. Microsoft developed Skype and has made it easy to integrate its other application into a meeting.
