         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stress feels like a energy which happens in your body sometimes in everyone, and that energy just makes you easily angry, and makes you un-focused and depressed. Depression makes you feel sad., When you feel this energy you think of sad things. Your mind would say that you don't have any friends when your body is depressed. The way how you can get rid of stress is by having healthy food, have lots of water, and relaxing. The way how you can get depression out of you is by watching happy stuff, eating healthy, doing exercise, and getting more involved in more activities. <br>By Ethan Luna </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Depression feels like you don't do anything right and when you feel sad when you feel like this your brain doesn't release happy fluids anymore and you start to feel depressed, when you are stressed your nervous system releases stress hormones including adrenaline and cortisol. The best way to deal with depression and stress is to spend time with friends and family, doing sports and different activities, relaxing and taking deep breaths. If you are feeling depressed please reach out to friends, family or a psychologist. </div>]]></description>

To stop Depression is to imagine positive things, get rid of your fears and meet with other people. Sometimes feeling depressed means either believing or knowing that there is no way out of a situation. Usually feeling stressed is from the same causes as from feeling depressed. There is not other way to stop feeling depressed than from stopping to be with the thing depressing you or being blind to the truth.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Feeling stressed is what people normally feel when their behind, late, and confused about what steps to take next. Being in middle school this past year there is more work to complete and more graded assignments to finish. As I moved up my grade I had more responsibility and knowledge to acquire and take in. the tasks that were assigned to me were long and complex and took time. I always fell behind and got everything overdue. I used to cry every time feeling helpless and troubled, it felt like being trapped. Also to add on top of that I am a perfectionist, so when things went out of hand I would explode in the emotion of sadness and anger with myself. <br>In the resolution, now I am over that and ahead in my class the assignments are easy and everything goes with the flow. To overcome that my mother was there to support me and taught me a couple of life lessons. My mother said to be my own boss and not let my emotions and fear come across and push me off the path of getting things done. She said that I just need to try my hardest on everything, and no matter then what is the result I need to learn from it and improve.</div>]]></description>
