<title> The broadmeadows early learning centre is a new centre that provides long day care for children as well as early childhood teachers for the purposes of developing and implementing the education program being delivered to children being educated and cared for at this service. Since the start of October I&#39;ve been working with children and have been focusing on age group between the ages of 3-5. My experience includes observing and collecting evidence as well as working along with the educators to gain a hands on experience as a pre-service teacher. The team leader guides and supports the day by implementing different strategies and activities in the classroom to improve and enhance other educators practices to support both the children&#39;s learning and development. This documentation panel is created to demonstrate how do children make their learning visible through interaction. </title>

<title> I when I was in the babies room their lunch was at 11:30 and now that I’m in the age 3-5 room lunch is a bit later on. As it was lunch time and the educator has read the children’s favourite book to the children and sang the routine song that encourages children to take turns, when they’re getting ready to wash their hands. I was asked to stand by the door to guide and support those children that might struggle. Although some children may not need the educator’s assistance, they were supporting one another. I noticed that child A was capable whereas child B struggled a little. I stood by to see if child A was able to assistance their peers. As I was observing child A struggles to turn the tap on and then child B goes on and demonstrates on how to push down the tap and says “like this”, then child B imitates. This applies to Vygotsky’s social development theory where he believed that children learn through the interactions that they make with each other and learn in the process from one another. Therefore, Just through their basic routine of hand washing practices that they do on a daily basis, they’re able to learn as basic as that through one another. </title>

<title>As a future educator, I might want to implement a ton of group activities for children to take an interest in and get involved in. This would enhance their social abilities and to learn as far as cooperating and supporting each other to make a solid collaboration. For example, critical thinking group play time is another comparative structure to urge children to help one another. This is distinctive on the grounds that it would include a ton of physical developments. As children love imitating each other, the most ideal path for them to learn is by seeing it. In such case, it would be a perfect to call attention to a decent partaking and point out a good sharing in others as an example or motivation. This means using encouraging words to motivate the child in practicing. Children look up to us as educators so much. This is why we should try to be an incredible role model and a good example for them to be inspired and motivated . Finally I would actualize inside the exercises where I get the children to pursue each other&#39;s appearances or emotions so this further upgrades their sharing abilities and why sharing is an extraordinary demonstration of thoughtfulness. Lastly I would implement within the activities where i get the children to read each other’s expressions or feelings so this further enhances their sharing skills and why sharing is a great act of kindness. </title>

<title>Children are learning from one another through the interactions that they make. The experience that I have observed has taught me that as much as we believe that children learn through educators I&#39;ve come to an understanding that children learn through one another. Children are able to pass on the knowledge that they have to one another through the support that they give to each other. Through this observation children are learning to build relationships, communicate, learn, and have their needs met through contact with others and through so they gain knowledge. Through interaction Children are also learning to build on their social emotional development stage to be able to maintain a positive relationship with others. When child A supported child B, the learning that was occurring is that child B was able to emotionally and physically understand and read the expression to be able to assist. It is stated that “Children learn with their peers, sharing their feelings and thoughts about learning with others. They begin to understand that listening to the responses of others can help them understand and make new meaning…” ( Department of Education and Training, 2016, p. 21) Highlighting that children are able to learn with and from their peers as they interact. In the observation when child A showed child be how to turn on the tap, Chid B did not hesitate except accept the new learning that’s being taught and imply in the experience of washing hands. This applies to Vygotsky’s social development theory where he believed that children learn through the interactions that they make with each other and learn in the process from one another. Therefore, Just through their basic routine of hand washing practices that they do on a daily basis, they’re able to learn as basic as that. </title>
