Guess this is due to COVID-19. Limitations could be not having WIFI or a computer at home. Another thing is if someone doesn't have wifi then the company would have to either make up the funds so that they can get wifi. I'm guessing if someone doesn't have wifi at home they probably don't have a computer as well so they would have to rent/ loan out a computer. Another key fact is that people have children's. Not all the time people can find someone to watch their children's. The only thing that the company could do is offer at home baby sitting services. Or to let people join the meeting 30 minutes before to people can understand the application and get the hang of it. Another thing is the company is gonna have to loaning out a computer to an employee wouldn't be hard since the computer would be coming right back. The company could down grade their internet since there won't be as much employees in the office. In return could help pay for the employees wifi at home. Including the ones who already have wifi. People already learn a lot from YouTube. Also with the kid thing it would be a safe choice to not send babysitters to every house that has a child since it will add up financially.
