KEY ACTIVITIES - We are selling a cornflakes salted egg with two flavours which are spicy and original. Both of them are so popular especially in UNIMAS. We promote the products by online and every sale will be recorded.

Value propositions - What's interesting about this product is that it uses premium cornflakes and it coated with fresh salted eggs. This combinations is really uniques and very tasty.

Customers relationships - We interact with customers online when they are interested in buying our product and we serve the best service to our beloved customers. What's more interesting is that we will send orders from our product for free around UNIMAS and Samarahan. We also provide customer's feedback and customers care online.

Customer segments - Our main customers are UNIMAS students but we also received orders outside from UNIMAS

CHANNELS - We are using three platforms which are Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram to promote our products. As I mentioned before, we sell our products by online only.

Key Resources - Our key resources/main ingredients for this product is cornflakes coated in salted eggs with chili and curry leaves. We sell  the products as a drop-ship only.  This products is packages in a medium jar.

Cost structure - We don't need any model to start this business because as mentioned we are just a drop-ship.

Revenue streams - This products can be used as a snack especially when you are bored.
